Our Mission
By working with local partners, PAC Housing Group offers each housing community services based on location and resident needs. All services are provided at no cost to the residents and are completely voluntary.
Our Workforce properties are apartment properties that are beyond the “brick and mortar.” We strive to create a community that not only enhances the lives of the residents through many social impact programs but also has a positive impact on the greater community and neighborhoods to which the property belongs. We deliver on this promise through our commitment to supporting the residents of our properties.
PAC Housing Group is committed to providing more than high-quality housing. We are expanding our definition of success to include owner asset managed communities with support services for those who need them most.
